Made with precision C.N.C. equipment out of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for years of service, there isn't another sled on the market that comes close to the value we give you. Additional features like the see-through polycarbonate safety visor, optional miter bar, two toggle clamp options and ergonomically tuned handle make our sleds a must-have accessory in your woodworking shop. The length of the base is a full 7-3/4" so that you can work on even larger jobs with ease. The solid feel and mass of our Professional Coping Sled absorbs vibration and makes cutting rail ends (or any crosscut) safer, more precise, and repeatable. Height & Offset Adjustable Safety Visor Our Professional Coping Sled uses an exclusive 3/8" thick see-through polycarbonate visor mounted on solid aluminum posts to ride along your router table fence and guide the sled and workpiece through the cut. The visor keeps the sled's aluminum base away from the spinning cutter and acts as a protective barrier between you and the workpiece. The visor's height is now adjustable and can be set at either 2-1/2" or 3" from the table to the bottom of the visor making it compatible with virtually every router table fence on the market. We've also increased the visor's versatility by allowing an offset of up to 1-7/8" from the sled's base. Now you can run even the largest router bits without cutting into the aluminum base. Low Friction Base For Easy Glide Performance Each Professional Coping Sled now includes a die-cut low friction film that adheres to the bottom of the sled.
